We are looking to appoint a Finance Administrator for 30 Hours per Week, on a Full Year basis to join our team at Hope Sentamu Learning Trust.


The purpose of this job is to provide an administrative support service to a specified area of the finance team under the direction or instruction of the Purchase Ledger Manager or other senior staff.

This role includes some basic finance duties and the role may involve the post holder demonstrating their own duties and providing advice and guidance to new employees and others.


You will work within the busy environment of an office managing the administration for the Trust/ School/ Academy, providing administrative support and budget monitoring, where excellent organisational skills are essential in order to deal with the variety of tasks that need to be undertaken.

You will provide advice and guidance to new employees and others.

This role will be based at the Central Team hub in York.
