The purpose of the Village Engagement Coordinator is to enable residents on site to live full, active and meaningful lives
.

Reporting to the Community Connections Manager, this role is based within our residential village for older people and is responsible for empowering our residents to live full, active and meaningful lives.

This includes organising, delivering, facilitating and encouraging a programme of activities and engagement opportunities which reflect the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Taking a proactive approach and using your planning and organising skills, combined with a creative flair, you will need to be a great organiser, facilitator and communicator to support the following key areas:

Residents are informed and engaged in community living and activities that meet their needs and preferences.
Facilitate and empower residents to achieve their social/wellbeing needs and preferences within the framework of the Trust's services.
In conjunction with residents' and community needs, run a flexible programme of activities which promote personal independence and interests.
Engage and drive St Monica Trust village communities in coproducing events and wellbeing initiatives.
