Account Manager - Security SaaS - Hybrid - up to £45k base uncapped bonus

As an account manager joining the very successful UK based Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to work with businesses across multiple sectors such as Paypal, AirBnB and Virgin Money.

Responsibilities here involve working closely with these clientsto identify needs and opportunities and address these by providing the solutions and capabilities.

The Job

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of around 40-50 accounts ranging in size across multiple different sectors
  • Working closely with Client Success to create strong and longlasting relationships to retain and grow accounts
  • Drive conversations and lead highlevel meetings between clients and company Executives
  • Connect with clients on a daytoday basis keeping them informed and up to date
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth across your portfolio including upselling, crossselling and renewals
  • Analyse and leverage data to manage client usage
  • Maximise efficiency and client usage of the platform

You

  • 25 years' experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Solid experience in SaaS, particularly in Fintech, Security or Data
  • A passion for creating opportunities for upselling and crossselling to grow accounts
  • Ability to understand and interpret data
  • A strong presenter who is confident, engaging, and enthusiastic
  • An interest in the digital space and in cutting edge security software
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Working knowledge of contracts and contract negotiations
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as within team
