6G internet is the only UK Air fibre home internet network, offering unbeatable prices & ultra-fast upload speeds.We have just hit an exciting peak and are looking for driven, dedicated and passionate individuals to help us develop our leading future proof internet network.
We are currently looking to expand our Customer Support/Account Management team. Full training will be provided at Head office outside Burnley.The role of Customer Service Specialist involves;
Handling order enquiries
Dealing with Billing enquiries
Managing new customer Orders
Organising customer installations
Handling customer issues such as router problems and Wifi coverage.
Although this is a customer service role, not a technical role and you do not need experience in telecoms, you will need to have a general awareness of the internet and feel comfortable discussing broadband related problems.
We need someone who is highly organised and most importantly, has excellent customer service skills.
You will need a proven track record in providing exceptional service in a fast-moving team.
There may be the requirement to meet customers on site so your own vehicle would be very advantageous.
The role is 40 hours a week on a rotation basis including 1 in 3 weekends (These will be worked from home)
The shifts are;
9am-6pm Monday to Friday
11am-8pm Monday to Friday
Weekends in 3)
The salary is 22k with an additional £3k bonus if quality levels are achieved.
