Rotational and days from 7

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse OMS FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

Ensure the Warehouse Operation is resourced sufficiently to achieve volume throughputs and is in line with the operational budget
Coordinate activities for Warehouse FLMs in terms of planning Performance Reviews & one to one meetings
Accurately reporting shift status information on a 2 hourly basis
Monitor and analyse Colleague performance data on a real time basis and report anomalies accordingly

Experience working in a Supply Chain Environment

Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
