Here at Halliwell Jones (Wilmslow) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator. The position is located at our Wilmslow Centre consisting of BMW and MINI Sales, Aftersales and Bodyshop.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure the efficient administration of the HR function.
  • To ensure all HR administration is managed consistently in line with company process, policy and good practice, taking into account legislative compliance.
  • To work in collaboration with other HR personnel and management to ensure the delivery of a seamless and efficient HR service to the business.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong communication, organisation and administrative skills
  • Focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Awareness of ACAS Codes of Practice and HR best practice
