We have a fantastic opportunity for a new part time employee to join our team and support five gentlemen in their own home.

The focus of this support will be around maintaining overall wellbeing which focuses a lot on their health and medical needs.

The gentlemen supported love going out for long drives and strolls around their local community. It would be great if you were a food lover as the people supported enjoy going out to eat.

Please note:

This role is 15 hours per week plus sleepover shifts & due to the needs of the people we support being a driver is essential for this role.

We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus.

Rewards

28 days annual leave prorata (including bank holidays), which we increase the longer you are with us.
To acknowledge the amazing contribution you'll be making to our (your) team,we will pay you a £200 welcome bonus after 3 months, then because we truly value your commitment another £200 after 6 months
