Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator - Andover Depot

BP Rolls Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join the HQ Team in Andover, Hampshire.

The role

Your primary responsibility will be to produce accurate damage & vehicle repair estimates for all makes and models of vehicle, both privately owned and commercial.
This is a customerfacing position, therefore keen Customer Service skills are a must.
Carry out detailed vehicle inspections, assess vehicle damage and identify repair methods, using specific technology to input and track estimates.
You will be a central point of contact throughout the repair process and will be expected to maintain clear communications with all parties until work completion / sign off.
Skilled assessments of vehicle damage with excellence and efficiency in mind at all times.
Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
Maintain up to date records on chargeable supplies, materials and processes.

Experience Required

ATA qualifications supported by previous employment experience in such a role will be essential.
Experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry is essential for this role.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of the Vehicle Repair processes.
Able to communicate across multiple stakeholders
Proactive problem solver & clear thinker
You will need to be well organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver a varied workload within agreed timescales.
Strong customer ethic
Positive team player focussed on delivering Company and team objectives to an excellent outcome.
