Our client is an exciting sustainable jewellery brand dedicated to creating unique and eco-friendly pieces that celebrate individuality, craftsmanship, and ethical production.
This exciting and varied role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing and brand strategies that align with the brand's mission, vision, and values.
- Liase and engage with digital marketing agency to optimise PPC and other paid advertising activities.
- Manage the company social media accounts (instagram, tiktok, and pinterest) in a strategic way to grow followers and increase traffic to the website from them.
- Develop and execute social media and inperson marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other industry contacts to increase brand visibility and reach including exploring affiliate programs.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement new product launches, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on brand performance, including sales, engagement, and customer feedback
- Monitor website analytics to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, and use insights to optimize marketing campaigns and website design.
- Track & analyse all marketing performance with weekly recaps and monthlyreviews with clear actionable recommendations for growth and improvements to be shared and communicated effectively.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, particularly in the sustainable and ethical jewellery space.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer insights and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and trends.
- Creating and managing budgets: You need to manage the marketing budget, including allocating funds to different marketing campaigns and ensuring that spending stays within the budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 45+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably in the sustainable fashion or jewellery industry but not essential.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, tiktok and Google AdWords, to drive traffic and increase conversions is a bonus
- Experience with Shopify ecommerce platform
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability and social responsibility.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

- You must be confident to take the lead in this role and be able to think outside the box to push forward any marketing projects.
- In person events are part of the company strategy so you must feel confident speaking to small groups of people whilst portraying the brand in a positive light to align with the business values
