- Perform administrative duties for the Accounting & Finance department
- Update and maintain accounting journals and ledgers
- Ensure accurate data entry and processing of invoices
- Help with budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Support the team in the monthend and yearend close processes
- Reconcile accounts as needed
- Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- A commitment to ethical behaviour and confidentiality

- An estimated hourly salary range of approximately £14.5 to £1
