  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports
  • Perform administrative duties for the Accounting & Finance department
  • Update and maintain accounting journals and ledgers
  • Ensure accurate data entry and processing of invoices
  • Help with budget preparation and financial planning processes
  • Support the team in the monthend and yearend close processes
  • Reconcile accounts as needed
  • Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • A commitment to ethical behaviour and confidentiality
