Support Worker - 21 hours per week

Nottingham


We are currently recruiting for a support worker, 21 hours per week, this would be flexible to meet the needs of the client.

Evening work will be required.


Pay rates:
£11.00 per hour

Applicants must have a
full UK driving licence - with
access to their own vehicle.
Applicants will need to have no dog allergies as I have a large working dog.

However please do not be put off by this, he has undergone essential training and he is a friendly working dog who is very intuitive to my needs.

The applicant would need to be supportive in his ongoing training, this is extremely important to me.

I have a creative personality and many interests; hence no two days will be the same.

  • This position involves supporting with daily living tasks (e.g. medication), are you comfortable with this? You will be provided with full training bespoke to our client.
  • This role involves working alongside a working dog, are you happy with this?
  • Are you flexible in the hours that you can work? This role may involve a mixture of day hours, evening hours and will involve work on the weekend. It's vital that any staff have some level of flexibility and able to cover for other staff members during holidays and sickness. Dog training is really important, some hours would be 610pm.
  • Do you own your own car or have access to a vehicle?
  • If you are successful, this role will require you to have an enhanced DBS check, two references and complete a variety of clinical and nonclinical training (practical and online) are you happy with this?
