Element Recruitment are proudly working with a charity based Bath, who have a exciting HR Administration opportunity

They are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join their team on a permanent basis and become an integral part of the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is interested in a highly varied role and looking to take the first step in their HR career.


Salary:
£21,000 - £22,000.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for any HR queries.
  • Working with the Resourcing team to ensure a smooth onboarding, carrying out right to work checks and taking references.
  • Making sure all payroll administration functions are up to date.
  • Gain experience assisting with ER cases.
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to deal confidential information

Salary:
£21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
