Positions Available:
Part Time (up to 12 hours a week)_

I am a 12-year-old girl with complex health needs, living at home with my parents and siblings.

I am an energetic young girl who loves playing games, doing activities, going to school and spending time with my family.

As I have additional health needs, I need support at all times to keep me safe.

I rely on my equipment, my family and Carer to support me living to my fullest at my home environment and community.


Duties
within the role:
maintaining my independence at home and socially, directional learning support, personal care including healthcare tasks, medication, nutrition via PEG


Flexibility of working hours is important and covering holidays, sickness as required.


Rate of Pay:
£12.50 per hour.**
Part time hours (flexible): Mon - Fri 3:30pm until 6:30pm

Weekend Flexible - Alternative Saturday hours to be discussed and used flexibly (6 hours).

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
