About the role


Reporting to the AP/AR Team Leader, you will work as part of a wider team who are responsible for collecting outstanding debt from our UK and Ireland customers.


Based in our headquarters in Cardiff, the Finance team is responsible for the financial transactions, internal and external reporting, tax and other regulatory returns within the UK & Ireland.


Responsibilities

  • Managing internal and external debt payment questions and enquiries
  • Ensuring payments are on track to be paid within the agreed terms
  • Keeping detailed records of collection activities and conversations
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure disputes are resolved quickly
  • Ensure compliance with Atradius' policies and procedures
  • Appropriately handle and protect customer and broker information, and the reporting of security events
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with external customers, internal stakeholders and the wider Finance team
