Local Hospice Lottery is an award-winning, sector-leading, non-profit organisation that is growing year on year. We have raised over £50 million for local hospices so far, and we aim to raise over £40 million in the next 5 years

Due to continuing expansion, we now have a rarely seen opportunity for you to become part of our growing team.

If you are ready for a new challenge or to advance your career, then we would like to hear from you.

Are you.

  • A great communicator who is prepared to work hard to achieve your full potential?
  • Motivated and target driven?
  • An individual who has a desire to make a difference within their community?
  • Able to inspire and mentor individuals to maximise their potential?
  • Used to working without direct supervision, on your own initiative, to resolve challenges in the field?
If so, you could be our next senior fundraiser.

As a senior fundraiser, you will talk confidently and passionately about the amazing work done by local hospices, engaging with and inspiring members of the public to join a lottery that provides vital ongoing support.

Drawing on your previous experience, you will also work closely with your Team Manager to maximise performance by supervising and supporting one of our ambitious, local fundraising teams.

As a senior fundraiser, you will be able to strike up a conversation with anyone, be determined, self-motivated, passionate, persuasive, and thrive on a challenge.

You will set the example, demonstrate best practices and inspire and motivate the team to achieve results for our hospice partners.

Our fundraisers come from a variety of backgrounds. However, drive, excellent communication skills, and the desire to help transform lives are a must

We offer fantastic opportunities, flexible hours and conditions, a great starting salary, and uncapped bonuses.
