You will be the go to person for client and colleagues Acting as the in-between for both parties With this in mind you will be a driven, well organised, customer focused individual with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

What would my duties be?

  • Ensuring all business between clients and the company are carried out in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Daily administration duties including high volume spreadsheets
  • Producing weekly reports from detailed notes taken from customers
  • Raising contracts and discussing with customers
  • Authorising purchase invoices
  • Working within a fast paced environment ensuring deadlines are met
What skills and experience would I need?

  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced call centre environment with customer service or sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail and able to analyse data and produce reports
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a volume environment is vital
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages especially Excel

  • Competitive salary £22k to £25k, DOE
  • Working 8am 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8am 3:45 pm on a Friday with alternative fortnights being 8:45 am 5:30 pm Monday
