Technical Coordinator - Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)

What you'll be doing:
You will be specialising in administration and coordinating activities relating to the SHE function including:
- Undertaking a range of specialised clerical and administrative duties
- Carrying out tasks based on relevant policies, standards, procedures and best practices
- Prepare reports on SHE performance to inform decision making at more senior levels
- Manipulation of data on various different toolsets
- Supporting the operational SHE team in the coordination of activities and meetings, and providing technical information.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and other functions to support the delivery of SHE activities
- Gathering and communicating SHE information and data to ensure delivery of SHE objectives
- Organising and attending meetings to take notes/minutes.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- In depth experience in Microsoft packages (e.g Excel)
- Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent
- GCSE in Maths and English (C / 4 or above)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of report writing
- Good planning and organisational skills with a demonstrable use of people skills within the workplace
Desirable:
- Experience in health and safety

The Operational SHE team:
As part of the Operational SHE team you will play a vital part of providing on-going support of the day to day running of the SHE team.
There will be opportunities to grow, learn and develop within this role, helping you to progress into a SHE associate role and further within the function.
