The Opportunity
Under the Building Assurance Manager, you will be the initial point of contact for our Schools Managed Projects (SMP).
You will be responsible for receiving and processing initial notifications from schools ensuring that the relevant stakeholders are updated accordingly.
Part of your role will include proactively assist to the Schools' and Corporate helpdesk team. You will be their initial point of contact; triage helpdesk enquires and provide a customer focused- service.
You will provide feedback and decisions to school staff at all levels. You will identify where issues need to be escalated.
You will use your initiative and judgement to decide to identify solutions where possible to ensure the customer is satisfied.
About You
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, communicating on several different levels with multiple stakeholders and adapting your style accordingly.
You will have a customer-focussed approach and excellent IT Skills which you will demonstrate on a daily basis including good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
You will need to be able to balance priorities and deadlines as well as responding to and redirecting enquiries, using your initiative to deal with unexpected problems and situations.
