As a real people person with strong communication skills, your customer service capabilities will be invaluable for the position of Home Emergency Handler for this leading Tonbridge based company.

FLEXIBLE - WORK LIFE BALANCE
You MUST be able to commute to Tonbridge, Kent for the first 3 weeks for training. The position will become remote thereafter.

Responding to enquires with both tact and confidence, you will use your inquisitive nature and common sense approach to efficiently gain an understanding of what can be distressing situations for customers calling.

Responsibilities:

Providing excellent call handling and customer service to customers/stakeholders
Regularly answering calls from policy holders
Building policyholder confidence by developing rapport and listening to each and every policy holder specifically
Setting customer expectations ready for the claims journey
Checking that the policy covers the claims
Taking a methodical approach to each claim and working through the processes with each policy holder
Managing a highvolume portfolio of fast paced claims through prioritising
Liaising between internal teams, third party suppliers and policy holders, ensuring that all are updated to ensure the smooth and timely progression of claims
Ensuring that SLA's and KPI's are met and maintained consistently

Location:
Tonbridge whilst training, moving to fully remote working

Salary:
£ PH

Hours: 2 days in the week between 8am - 8pm/ 1 day at the weekend between 9am - 5pm
