Collections Team Member

Temp - Perm

£11.35 per hour

37 hours per week

You will:

You will be providing general advice and support to customers.
Listening and understanding the customers' needs to help find individual solutions.

You must:

Must be available to start 11 th April 202
To be successful in this role, you do not need to have contact centre or even customer care experience.

Our client is looking for people with the following backgrounds:
customer service, healthcare, teaching assistants, debt recovery.

Must be able to cover shifts between Monday and Sunday, including bank holidays. Monday to Friday operating hours are between 8am 8pm, Saturdays 8am 4pm and Sundays 10am 4pm.

This role is initially office based, then hybrid working offered once probation period is passed.
