Our client is a leading specialist in the UK Financial Services recruitment marketplace who we've been working in a close partnership for a while now.

This remote-based hybrid Resourcing 180 role for an experienced Resourcing Consultant marks another step in their growth, driven by their success and growing demand from established clients for mid-to-senior roles across the Financial Services, Insurance and Legal sectors across the UK.

To better support the range of opportunities with their existing UK client base, they now need a talented, creative Resourcing Consultant with at least 1-2 years experience in the Financial Services and/or Pensions market to join their team of high-flyers and work with their established list of leading employers across these sectors.

It's a fantastic opportunity, working with 'warm' opportunities across a variety of financial services roles with great employer brands for a talented, experienced Resourcer to further develop their career and earning potential.


It's a hybrid-based role, so you'll work remotely, balanced with spending some time in one of their (lovely) office locations, benefiting from the support of colleagues who demonstrate true expertise in their field and take pride in their reputation for professionalism, innovation and flexibility - including some of the highest billers in the sector anywhere in the UK.

From our experience working with this client, we know you'll get the backing and the flexibility to be the best you can be, in a culture that doesn't focus on activity, but on successful outcomes and quality of service.

In addition to this flexibility and support, you'll work with warm existing client contacts and great employer brands, and earn a basic salary of £32,000 dependent on your experience, alongside a very attractive benefits and incentive package.
