Materials Co-ordinator - Aberdeen, United Kingdom - OBM Ltd
Description
Working as part of the Operations Team, the primary purpose of this role is to assist with the co-ordination and movement of materials.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Controlling and recording the receipt of material.
- Preparing materials for delivery with relevant paperwork.
- Carrying out prompt and accurate delivery of material.
- Loading of containers for Offshore Projects ensuring relevant tools and consumables are included.
- Expediting of outstanding purchase orders for material.
- Preparation of paperwork for exporting of material for International Projects.
- Management of tools including arranging testing and certification.
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Dangerous goods experience.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
