Marketing Recruitment Consultant

Location:
Media City, Manchester

Salary:
£25,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant focused on Marketing roles, you will be involved in the following:

Talent Sourcing: Utilise a variety of channels to identify and engage with top-tier marketing professionals.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and objectives.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to provide expert advice.

Networking: Attend industry events and build a strong professional network within the Marketing sector.

Process Management: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial brief to successful placement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year's experience in a recruitment role, ideally with exposure to Marketing positions.

Ambitious and motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Prior
sales experience would be advantageous in this role but not essential
Ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
