A bit about the role:

To provide high quality, knowledgeable and efficient HR & TA coordination throughout the employee lifecycle from recruitment to off-boarding ensuring processes and workflows run effectively and to time parameters.

Be the first point of contact to all employees and stakeholders for HR queries.

About you:

Expertise:

Good organisational skills
Able to communicate clearly with a range of people at differing levels.
Interpersonal skills with experience of interaction with individuals at all levels
Works with high attention to detail
Ability to organise and manage time effectively, prioritising own workload to meet deadlines.
A professional, confident, and pleasant manner with a strong work ethic
Proactive and efficient
Conscientious with an ability to be flexible and multitask.
Shows initiative and can work both independently and as part of a wider team.
Great customer service delivery at all levels.
Must be competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel and be able to pick up new systems quickly.

Skills & abilities:

Experience dealing with highly privileged and confidential information.
Experience of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
Experience of being a HRIS superuser is desirable.
Experience of running payroll, understanding legislation and associated processes is desirable.
Experience of providing reports is desirable.
