Description

The Role:


  • To carry out research on legal issues, legislative changes, work permits and/or visas and other matters as and when appropriate.
  • To assist in the drafting of any company policies or procedures as and when required or directed.
  • To assist with the completion and submission of paperwork for company employee transfers from one office to another for the purpose of temporary secondment or permanent relocation ensuring all legal obligations are met to monitor the progress of such.
  • To Liaise with external clients, authorities, professional bodies and the Courts and Tribunal services to obtain/provide information and/or seek/give instructions.
  • To carry out administrative tasks such as (but not limited to) drafting letters, scanning, copying, filing, reviewing and/or providing summaries of documents, corresponding internally and externally, gathering documents (as required) and ensuring office efficiency.
  • The organising of notarisation and/or legalisation of documentation upon the request of the appropriate manager as requested.
  • Essential: _
  • A degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a Law based or Legal Administration qualification.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Desirable: _
  • Ability to act on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Be able to effectively communication with all level of personnel within the company and to liaise with authorities, Courts and Tribunals and professional bodies as and when required.
