An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-respected and high performing team of Consultants at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Gateshead.

We have two substantive consultant posts that we are aiming to fill as soon as possible.

The Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department is based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead and forms part of the Trust's Surgical Business Unit.

The CQC has rated the department as 'outstanding', and a recent patient survey rated our unit 8th in England for maternity services.
