A highly successful luxury goods company are looking for an Office Administrator to join their growing team. Working in a fast-paced and buzzy environment as an
Office Administrator, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team and supporting the business as it continues to be one of the largest luxury goods companies in Europe. The key purpose of this role is to support their London office and to act as a first point-of-contact for customer warranty queries.


Based in riverside offices in South West London with excellent transport links to the rest of the city, this company is a fast-paced and busy organisation with an inclusive and supportive culture.

As the successful Office Administrator you will

  • Use your excellent phone manner and act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
  • Organise the courier delivery of highvalue products to some of the wealthiest people in the UK and in Europe.
  • Manage deliveries and provide admin support to the office, ensuring the running of one of the most successful luxury goods companies in the country.
  • Manage the filling, copying, and filing of luxury goods warranties.

As the successful Office Administrator, you should have

  • Good knowledge of Office programs (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Be wellspoken, confident and upbeat with an excellent phone manner and a calm demeanour.
  • Have an excellent eye for detail.
  • Be a team player and happy to support the office with all manner of tasks.
  • Knowledge of a second language (
    particularly French) is desirable.
Working hours are
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, based in great, fun offices in South West London with a salary of up to
£26,000 per year, and lovely benefits such as Summer BBQ's, Christmas parties and many more social events
