Carbon60 are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a well-known engineering company. Based in Avonmouth, this Administrator will be a key part of a busy office, providing administrative support.This Administrator role is a permanent position and has become available due to continued growth and expansion
Role Responsibilities will include:
- Booking/ logging jobs and orders onto the CRM system
- Raising/ chasing quotes from customers and suppliers
- Raising/ chasing invoices and purchase orders
- Chasing spares and parts as required
- Communicating with external customers and suppliers
- Making amendments to work orders, i.e., price, dates, quantity etc.
Skills and Experience required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player and high attention to detail
