Sales Support Manager
Devonshire are working with a market leading employer looking to add a Sales Support Manager to their operations team. This role will have responsibility for managing all aspects of the service billing function.
Responsibilities, although not limited to, will include:

Ensuring all revenue is set up to be invoiced accurately and on time:
-
Managing exception reports
:

Receiving and reconciling all service partner invoices against live data:
-
Onboarding of new service contracts within the service management system:
-
Management of monthly customer service billing:
-
Partner relationship management
-
Possess strong finance credentials:
-
Have experience of invoicing activity within a service led environment:
-
Experience in data analytics - managing large sets of data
:
-
Demonstrate a high work ethic and be able to focus independently on key tasks
:
-
Have experience and be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to building and developing both internal and external relationships.
