Description

We are looking for a part time Dispensary Assistant to join our team in our Chatsworth Road pharmacy in Chesterfield.

The hours of this position will be 40 hours per week.

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (with one hour for lunch) and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

The role will include:

Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist manager
Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner
Respond appropriately to customer needs, politely and efficiently, by asking appropriate questions, following the Standard Operating Procedures for Sale of Medicines and Supporting Selfcare.
To maintain the pharmacy to a high standard.
To monitor stock levels and adapt orders appropriately.
Have previous community pharmacy or retail experience
Be willing to undertake the relevant training in Pharmacy Services if necessary
Be able to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team
