General Operative
Our client based in Halesowen are currently looking for general operatives to work within a manufacturing environment.

The job is quite physically demanding and does require you to be constantly alert and active to ensure the machine is continually running, there is mínimal heavy lifting but bending and twisting to remove product from the production line and pack it into a container ready for dispatch will be part of your daily duties.

Machine minding and warehouse experience would be an advantage but training on each line is given during the probationary period.

This is a 12-week temp to perm role

Hourly rate is £11.00 which would increase once perm

Working hours are weekly rotating shifts 6-2/2-10
