To support our continued growth and the expansion of our retail customer base we are looking to recruit a conscientious and organised Customer Support Advisor to join our Fulfilment Team.

You will liaise with customers throughout their journey, from point of purchase through to delivery of their new vehicle.

Customer Support Advisor - Full Time Permanent - 40 hours a week.

If you've had previous customer service experience, in a telephony-based or online platform environment this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing

Establishing rapport and trust with the customer
Updating systems with customer and vehicle information
Advising customers regarding vehicle progression updates, part exchange values and vehicle prices
Work closely with the Online Experience Team and Logistics Team regarding any queries and questions
Checking vehicle stock for vehicle availability
Ensuring we have all the customer documentation and information prior to arranging and confirming delivery/handover

About you.

You will consider yourself to be a confident and outgoing person, with a background in dealing with customers directly and processing information in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Skills & Experience Required...

Minimum of 2 years previous customer service experience
Experience of the Automotive Industry will be advantageous, but is not essential
Confident and outgoing
Highly organised and structured
Likes working to and meeting (sometimes challenging) deadlines
Customer focused
Familiar with working in a targeted environment
Logical with a high level of attention to detail
Adhere to processes and systems
Proactive and likes to get things done
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Driven and highly motivated
