Are you a highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail? Do you have a solid background in administration? If so, please read on.


Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their dynamic team on a part time, temporary basis due to an increased workload.

This will be on a 3-Month temporary position in a fast paced and exciting company.

This role will be a job sharebetween yourself and another individual and therefore will require weekly handovers, taking place on a Wednesday.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous admin experience, looking to further their skills and learn new areas along the way.


The role will include:


  • Support the HR team with all administration duties
  • Take on extra duties when required to help cover while other members of the team are on annual leave
  • Draw up contracts efficiently and accurately
  • Processing employees through into payroll
  • Process leavers as and when required and ensure all is carried out accurately
  • Amend contract letters and proofread to ensure all is correct

  • Solid administration experience
  • Quick learner with the willingness to learn new skills
  • Confident in managing and prioritising own workload
  • IT competent

Part Time (Mon - Wed) - minimum of 6 hours a day

£12 phr

Winnersh (Primarily office based)
