Are you a highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail? Do you have a solid background in administration? If so, please read on.
Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their dynamic team on a part time, temporary basis due to an increased workload.
This role will be a job sharebetween yourself and another individual and therefore will require weekly handovers, taking place on a Wednesday.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous admin experience, looking to further their skills and learn new areas along the way.
The role will include:
- Support the HR team with all administration duties
- Take on extra duties when required to help cover while other members of the team are on annual leave
- Draw up contracts efficiently and accurately
- Processing employees through into payroll
- Process leavers as and when required and ensure all is carried out accurately
- Amend contract letters and proofread to ensure all is correct
We are looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible for cover when required
- Methodical
- Solid administration experience
- Quick learner with the willingness to learn new skills
- Confident in managing and prioritising own workload
- IT competent
