Our client, based in Manchester, is a market leading manufacturing and production business. Due to continue growth, they have a new position available as Customer Experience.


Description

Customer Experience includes the following duties:

  • Be a single point of contact for national and international customers, co-coordinating between the customer and company
  • Ensure a smooth cooperation and you know how to build a relationship of trust between the customer and company
  • Follow up on customer's shipments and support their interests within the organisation, going that extra mile to offer excellent service

Profile

The successful Customer Experience will be/have:

  • Experience maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge within CRM software preferably SAP
  • Previous experience within the manufacturing and production industry

Job Offer
