We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Representative to join our team.

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause and finding appropriate solutions
  • Follow communication scripts to ensure consistent and effective customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and empathetically
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Effective problemsolving skills to address customer complaints or issues

Salary:
From £24,683.01 per year
