As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Duties:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause and finding appropriate solutions
Follow communication scripts to ensure consistent and effective customer service
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Skills:

Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and empathetically
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Effective problemsolving skills to address customer complaints or issues
