Recruiting Cover Supervisor for an Immediate Start

Do you have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor? Currently seeking to work long-term in a thriving learning environment as a Cover Supervisor?
If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic school in High Wycombe as a Cover Supervisor. The role as a Cover Supervisor is a fulltime position from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm.

Experience working as a Cover Supervisor would be ideal but you must have experience working with children in some form of capacity and be willing to support children with challenging behaviour.

The Role:

Promote inclusion by encouraging participation of all pupils in as a Cover Supervisor
Use effective behaviour management strategies consistently in line with the school's policy and procedures as a Cover Supervisor
Communicate effectively and sensitively with pupils to adapt to their needs and support their learning as a Cover Supervisor
Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment by organising and managing physical teaching space and resources as a Cover Supervisor
Create a stimulating environment and motivate pupils with their learning as a Cover Supervisor

Requirements:

Available Immediately to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4pm:

Good communication skills is essential to communicate effectively with the pupils and teachers as a Cover Supervisor
The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm under pressure as a Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor you will need a good understanding for building positive relationships with children
Live Local or commutable distance to High Wycombe

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
