Are you an experienced maintenance operative with a diverse skill set across multiple trades? Do you enjoy working on new build homes, ensuring they are in pristine condition and ready for occupancy? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

DW is a leading property development firm specializing in the construction of high-quality new build homes. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Operative to join our team.

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and appearance of our new build properties.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of new build homes to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs tiling works, composite doors etc.
Install fixtures, fittings, and appliances in accordance with specifications and safety standards.
Respond to maintenance requests from homeowners or property managers in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and materials used.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience working in maintenance operations, preferably in the new build homes sector.
Proficiency in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with homeowners, colleagues, and contractors.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between different construction sites.
