My client is a South London secondary school, looking to recruit an interim School Business Manager to join the school from January 2023.

The successful individual will be responsible for providing professional leadership and management of school support staff, to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of learning and achievement in the school.

The School BusinessManager promotes the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school and strategically ensures the most effective use of resources in support of the school's learning objectives.

Acting as a key strategic partner to theSLT forms a key part of the role.

Responsibilities will chiefly lie within Finance, but will work closely with the support teams in Administration, IT, Human Resources, Premises and Health and Safety.

Pre Christmas online interviews available.

This role is expected to run until the summer 2023, but could well develop into a permanent position beforehand if desired.
