Position Summary


We have an excellent opportunity within our Fulfilment Centre order picking operation for the right person to join us as Fulfilment Centre Process Coordinator.

You would be supporting the Fulfilment Centre Management team in delivering best in class customer service, stock management, and cost control across our independent business operations.

You would work flexibly and as part of a small team helping to deliver key performance indicators and meet relevant operation targets.


A day in the life of a Fulfilment Centre Process Co-ordinator

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Investigate and root cause any stock discrepancies over the defined tolerance level.
  • Investigate customer and consumer claims received from Customer Engagement Services to defined timelines and feedback results to Fulfilment Centre Manager and Warehouse manager.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure orders are placed to maintain appropriate stock of consumable materials to support efficient running of the operation.
  • Maintain the pick face circuits to ensure all correct SKUs are set up using data provided and system reports.
  • Support the management team with the day to day running of the operation to ensure accurate and timely despatch of orders to meet customer/carrier expectations.
  • To provide cover in the absence of managers, by coordinating the available resources and escalating any issues/problems to be resolved in a timely manner.
  • To investigate any system related stock discrepancies as identified by the Central Stock Reconciliation team.
  • Support efficient receipt and processing of inbound deliveries.
  • Process customer and consumer returns according to documented processes.
  • Work flexibly and safely to ensure the Fulfilment Centre operates efficiently in meeting all business targets.
  • Ensure compliance according to defined Nestle quality standards
  • Communicate effectively to ensure good handover of information between functions, shifts and teams.
