We currently have opportunities for a Band 7 Applied Psychologist to join Tees, Esk and Wear Valley's NHS Foundation Trust.

The post is permanent within the new Durham and Darlington CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Assessment Service.

Applicants must have experience and an interest in working with young people with autism and attentional difficulties. They should have a good working knowledge of the diagnostic assessment process for autism and ADHD.

Applicants should have experience in conducting a range of standardised assessments, and it would be desirable if this included specialist neurodevelopmental assessments.

They should be experienced in complex formulations and providing comprehensive feedback to families and other agencies involved in a young person's care.

The post holder should have the skills and experience to provide supervision, contribute to service evaluation, and manage the demands of service development and change.

The post holder will need to travel to venues across County Durham and Darlington.
