Senior
Management Consultants (Principals) with
7-12 years strategic consulting experience to join a highly successful team in London.

You must be resident in the UK and will be required to have SC Clearance or meet their strict criteria to gain it for future projects.

Our Organizational Strategy practice sits as an integrated solution working across the globe and all verticals. The team design and implement meaningful transformation through truly understanding the genetic DNA of the organization.

Using our in-house digital tools, we dive deeply into employee perception and behaviours whilst analysing both processes and frameworks to uncover the true landscape.

Our portfolio of consulting expertise ensures we can offer clients true strategic transformation by placing people at the heart.

We design target operating models (ensuring the business and people strategies aligns for success), drive organizational effectiveness, process re-engineering, cultural transformation ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
