Full Time (37.5 hrs per week) 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.


Work base - West Admin Team office in Stafford, ST16 3AG plus an as required need to work on our Cannock Clinic reception.

Do your strengths lie in customer service and communication, and would you enjoy handling often complex telephone enquiries? What are we looking for?

A focus and passion for quality

Strong confident communication skills

Transferrable administration and computer skills

Honesty, integrity and commitment

Ideally you would hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification/experience

Various administration tasks such as creating template and bespoke letters

Handling a large number of challenging and often sensitive telephone calls to community secondary Mental Health Services in a contact centre style team

Working on reception at Foundation House, Stafford and Park House, Cannock on an as required basis, meeting and greeting, booking rooms etc

Working as part of a very busy admin team to provide a first class admin service to our Mental Health clinicians
