Mon - Friday 08:30 - 17:30The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Contract Administrator include:
- Customer Liaison.
- Job entry.
- KPI reporting
- Communicating and scheduling picks on the shop floor.
- Booking in and tracking of deliveries.
- Preparation of goods in and delivery paperwork.
- Resolving any queries.
- Experience of working in warehouse operations.
- An up to date knowledge of warehouse processes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Strong ITC skills.
