The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Contract Administrator include:

  • Customer Liaison.
  • Job entry.
  • KPI reporting
  • Communicating and scheduling picks on the shop floor.
  • Booking in and tracking of deliveries.
  • Preparation of goods in and delivery paperwork.
  • Resolving any queries.
The essential qualities of the Warehouse Contract Administrator include:

  • Experience of working in warehouse operations.
  • An up to date knowledge of warehouse processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Strong ITC skills.
