Description

As an Residential Investigation and Enforcement Officer you will undertake a range of activity utilising _regulatory and intelligence tools to regulate the Private Rented Sector.

Your work will focus on compiling and evaluating evidence through research, intelligence and information gathering, as well as inspection.

The role sits within an environmental health service that has a very pro-active approach to investigating and carrying out enforcement activity to tackle Rouge Landlords operating in the Borough.

You will be supported daytoday by your Seniors and a Team Manager and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills through both internal and external training._
