We have a great opportunity for a responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Ward Administrators.

We are looking to recruit a flexible, dynamic and motivated ward administrator for our fast paced and friendly Team to help ensure adequate coverage of duties across a defined group of wards and departments,

The role includes a wide range of general administration tasks including working mainly with PAS System Careflow and Symphony when in an ED environment.

Other tools include Outlook, Excel, Word, Spine Portal, Bloodhound or Panda.

Previous experience on our systems is not required as training will be provided, however computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.


You will need to be able to work as part of a team, but also be able to work unsupervised, using your own initiative and reporting skills.

You will have excellent organisational and time keeping skills, which are essential for this position.
