In-bound Telesales Executive to join their busy team.
The Role-
- Handling Key customer accounts
- Taking customer orders by telephone
- Cross/up selling products where possible
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Following up quotes and leads in a timely fashion
- Updating the CRM System
- All other associated tasks
- Excellent telephone skills
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Effective decisionmaking.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to work in a methodical and accurate manner.
- A high level of computer literacy.
You must have transport or live locally due to the location.
