Description

This is a 10 month fixed term contract, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 2 days a week.

  • The Talent Acquisition Partner will support the design and implementation of a best in class recruitment function for The Openwork Partnership. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the rest of the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we attract brilliant and talented people to help the business deliver its longterm strategy.
  • In addition, the Talent Acquisition Partner will also support with adhoc projectbased activities within the Talent Acquisition team, as well as the wider HR function.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Ensure internal stakeholders receive an exceptional service throughout the hiring process, one that adds genuine value.
  • Provide coaching advice to hiring managers on the most appropriate tools and methods for assessment.
  • Challenge hiring managers where appropriate, to ensure we are always hiring the most talented people.
  • Begin to build talent pools for the future, helping us shift to becoming a more proactive Talent Acquisition function.
  • Support with the ongoing development and become a Superuser of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), championing improvements wherever possible.
  • Support with a range of projects aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the Talent Acquisition function. These include activities related to employer brand & EVP, assessment & selection, and the establishment of Early Talent programmes.
  • Challenge existing processes and procedures, recommending improvements and driving them through to implementation.
  • Alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager, drive forward the Talent Acquisition vision, as part of the broader People & Culture (HR) strategy.
  • Provide key, critical analytical insight to the wider HR team on a range of topics.
  • Define, create, and analyse management information to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively across HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and Talent & Development teams.
