Applications are now being accepted for their award-winning Van Talent Programme.

Working locally, within their Franchised Dealer Network, you will be given the opportunity to develop the skills and qualities required to succeed as a customer-facing colleague in an innovative and ambitious global organisation.

If successful, you'll embark on an 18-month training course filled with structured shadowing secondments and formal training under the watchful eye of a dedicated mentor.

Completion of the programme will see you obtain an official Mercedes-Benz Vans C-Sales accreditation and a certificate accredited by the Institute of Sales Professionals.

In your area, Intercounty Truck and Van Wellingborough are recruiting for this role and offering a basic salary of £20,000 plus an opportunity to earn a bonus on top of that and use of a company vehicle.
