MBA are excited to be working with a best-in-class insurance company, assisting their search for a talented
Claims Handler, working between 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday).

The client is an industry heavyweight with a reputation for client centric claims management, technical innovation and leadership.

The Claims Handler will be responsible for:

Management of the end to end claims process for Subsidence claims, on behalf of domestic and commercial clients
Understanding customer and client needs and ensuring claims are managed accordingly
Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Work to set KPIs and client SLAs
Promote honest feedback and continuously look to improve the claims handling process.
Champion the company's ethics and values

The Claims Handler will need to have:

Claims handling experience in any sector, but happy to work on the Subsidence team.
Personal Integrity aligned with company values
Possess a true 'can do' attitude
An eagerness to learn and develop themselves.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
