Customer Service Advisor required in Warrington - £25,000 per annum


Our client who pride themselves on being a people-focussed employer, are expanding their team, and have an opportunity for a
PERMANENT Customer Service Advisor to join their office in
Warrington, Cheshire.



You will responsible for:

  • Inputting orders on to company system.
  • Dealing with customer queries regarding products, delivery, invoicing issues and returns.
  • Processing payments using Worldpay.
  • Keeping all documentation organised and easily accessible

We're looking for someone with following attributes:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be benefitial but not essential
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Be able to represent our client in a positive way.
  • Helpful, organised and dependable
  • Be able to work well independently and with others
The job operates
Monday to Friday working 9am until 5pm.

The salary is
£25,000 per annum plus benefits inlcuding

  • 25 Days holidays + Bank Holidays
  • 8% noncontributory pension
  • Death in service of 4 x salary
  • Private medical insurance after probation period
